Overall Campground Rating: excellent.
What stood out? Cleanest campground I have ever been too and very quiet even when busy. LOVED the dish washing station with the hot and cold running water. Ice cream socials were neat.
Owners and Staff: Very friendly and helpful. New owners doing a great job.
Camp landscaping and surroundings: Nicely lanscaped and again very clean.
Overall Site Quality: excellent
Campsite Descriptions: wooded, private, semi-private, somewhat small, picnic table, fire ring
Seasonal Campers and Campsites: I didn't really notice any although I know that there are campers that work there all season so there must have been some.
Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? no. free showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes. Additional comments on restrooms and showers: CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! I think I have been in houses that havent been as clean as these were.
Activities and Amenities
pool, swimming, recreation hall, video games, pool table, playground, camp store, ice cream, AM coffee, pets allowed, laundry room, dumping station.
What is nearby? restaurants, ocean or lake, nature trails. Close to many white mountain activities. Did many day trips. Closest grocery store that we found was in Littleton where there was a Shaws and a Walmart right off of 93.
Last comments: We cannot wait to go back. We had never stayed in a KOA before but we were very impressed.
