Overall Campground Rating: horrible.
What stood out? Dirty, unfriendly, boring, not many campers.
Owners and Staff: Staff friendly, Owners unfriendly
Camp landscaping and surroundings: Even though it is dirty, the park has good sized level lots. Sandy roads, hard to ride bikes on.
Overall Site Quality: fair-average
Good sites: all seem to be good Bad sites: no bad sites
Campsite hookups: primitive tent, electric, water, sewer, Campsite Descriptions: sunny and open, wooded, picnic table, fire ring, group camping area.
Seasonal Campers and Campsites: friendly campers, snobby seasonal campers, Some were friendly. Others let you know you were not welcome.
Clean restrooms and showers? no. Restrooms and showers need updating? yes. free showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes. Additional comments on restrooms and showers: Toliets need work, shower water flow poor.
Activities and Amenities
pool, playground, theme weekends, kids planned activities, camp store, ice cream, AM coffee, pets allowed, laundry room, dumping station, Dirty pool area, lots of ants. Theme weekends lame, little effort put into them. Kids activities were over before you could get up front to play them. Outdoor movies shown while still light out so they couldn't be seen if you were lucky enough to get there before they were half over. Ice cream machine broke down on 95 degree day.
What is nearby? restaurants, grocery stores, Very friendly small town nearby. Lots of kids activities for community.
Last comments: Did not like this campground, won't ever go back.
