Overall Campground Rating: excellent.
What stood out? They had a "DOG PARK"! An unexpected find! Beautifully landscaped, nice entertainment and a well stocked camp store.
Owners and Staff: Staff was friendly, though very very busy.
Camp landscaping and surroundings: Butterfly bushes surrounded the pool area. Everything was very clean.
Overall Site Quality: very good
Good sites: P47 - Still a bit tight Bad sites: P46 (I think!) It was the one across from us and very tight
Campsite hookups: primitive tent, electric, water, sewer, cable, Campsite Descriptions: wooded, semi-private, picnic table, fire ring
Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly,
Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? yes. free showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? don't remember.
Activities and Amenities
pool, lake, fishing, pool table, live entertainment, bingo, theme weekends, kids planned activities, camp store, ice cream, snack bar, pets allowed, laundry room, dumping station, There were separate pools for the kids, an adults only jacuzzi (very nice). There was so much for kids to do.
What is nearby? restaurants,
Last comments: I wish they would do more dog themed weekends. Not everyone is blessed with (human) children!
