What stood out? BE CAREFUL!!!! They list their cancellation policy in 2 very different ways. They are not honest and seem as though they will get your money any way they can - even if you cancel within their time frame! They were rude on the phone and when we pointed out their twisted policy in writing, they basically said "too bad".

Last comments: This is not the first review of this type about this campsite. Campers beware! What ever happened to customer service?
Because this review was so vague, I contacted the reviewer to inquire further about their experience. I am inserting additional information from "K" below.
I cancelled a reservation for 3 nights. They were just awful. Very rude and would not follow their policy. I cancelled in plenty of time. I emailed. I called. They never responded. I waited a few days and called. A VERY rude person took my info. and said someone would call. No one did. I emailed again and called again. Finally got someone on the phone who basically said it was now too late! When I made the reservation they said they required full payment. When I cancelled they asked why had I payed in full in the beginning??? huh??? I maintained a polite voice (after years in customer service) and was met with rudeness. People change plans. So follow the rules when we do. Below is a copy of what they sent to me. Very ambiguous.Cancellations Policy: Cancellations are subject to a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee. In addition, Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation fee. Please contact the property for Cancellations or to make any Changes to your Reservation
