Approx Dates of Stay: 3. Overall Campground Rating: very good. What stood out? Very clean overall. Reasonable camp store prices. Proximity to major highways and cities a plus. The camp sites are all good size and didn't feel crowded (even though the weekend was totally booked)! Owners and Staff: Friendly and helpful. Camp landscaping and surroundings: Clean. 85% of the sites are in wooded locations "under a canopy of trees". Very nice.
Overall Site Quality: very good. Campsite hookups: primitive tent, electric, water, sewer, cable; Campsite Descriptions: wooded, large and spacious, picnic table, fire ring, most/all sites are lightly graveled. Easy in/out for trailers. Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly, friendly campers,
Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? no. free showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes. Additional comments on restrooms and showers: Other then one stall door with out a lock, bathrooms are fine. They were cleaned by staff every night! I had a great view of this.
Activities and Amenities: pool, swimming, fishing, recreation hall, video games, pool table, tv or movies, playground, theme weekends, kids planned activities, camp store, ice cream, snack bar, pets allowed, dumping station, pool was crowded but it was a full house this weekend... What is nearby? grocery stores, ocean or lake, Last comments: To sum, a very good, close to home campground.
