  1. DC,you can’t leave a review based on the staff weren’t willing to spend time with you!?your there to make your oun fun if the staff has to show you everything then maybe you should take up the hotel thing with concierge service!

  2. I have to agree with Talbo. Just saying staff sucks is no kind of a review. Sounds more like a personal problem. There’s a whole list of things in the questionaire to answer and you just blew it all off to put in a personal attack.
Perhaps there’s someone else out there who can enlighten us as to how Camp Taylor really is.

  3. I posted this review last night, and on the Food Network TV channel, the show called “Ham on the Street” was visiting a campground called Camp Taylor!

This episode was dedicated to “food on the fire”, and the campground looked really nice. I don’t know if it was the same campground as the one in New Jersey though.

Anyway, I agree with both Talbo and Bill. It isn’t a great review, but I knew my visitors would see it for what it was!

I had thoughts about refusing to add it, but since there was only one other review (good) for Camp Taylor, I figured that if I added it anyway, it would give the campground more exposure…and campers would visit their web site and decide for themselves if they wanted to visit.

    Thank you for the feedback!!

  4. ha! I called the Camp Taylor telephone number and yes, indeed it was the same campground in the TV episode.

It looks like the episode is not on the schedule, but they might replay it again soon.

    Check this page
Ham on the Street - the great outdoors for more information…there is also a couple of recipes listed too.
