Overall Campground Rating: excellent.
What stood out? Excellent view of Lake Champlain, very clean park, clean restrooms, a great place for fishing, inground pool, game room, and a convenient store on site, and they provide a lot of activities for the campers.
Owners and Staff: They provided excellent service and always offered to help when we needed help. They are very polite and courteous to make sure we were comfortable with our site.
Camp landscaping and surroundings: There is plenty of space around the trailers so you are not too tight together, a very relaxing atmosphere, clean and neat, grassy area which shows that they have kept up with the mowing and it makes you want to stay, you don't want to leave. It's a great home away from home.
Overall Site Quality: excellent
Good/Bad sites: We didn't see any bad sites, all were spacious and inviting. Campsite hookups: primitive tent, electric, water, sewer, Campsite Descriptions: sunny and open, wooded, large and spacious, close to the road, grassy bottom, picnic table, fire ring, group camping area.
Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly, friendly campers,
Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? no. Coin-metered showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes.
Activities and Amenities
pool, pond, lake, swimming, fishing, boating, docks or moorings, recreation hall, video games, pool table, live entertainment, bingo, tv or movies, playground, theme weekends, kids planned activities, camp store, ice cream, pets allowed, laundry room, dumping station, Great inground pool that is well kept clean, well stocked store, great entertainment weekends, and a very nice pavilion for dancing, activities, etc.
What is nearby? restaurants, grocery stores, ocean or lake, They also have a history museum and other types of museums nearby along with mini golf.
Last comments: We enjoyed our time at 10 acres and would love to visit again soon.
