We have going to this campground since 1980 and have never had a problem with noise or rowdy people. We hadn't gone there for about 10 years and just recently started too again. Glad we did! It is now under new ownership and they are doing a wonderful job. They have enough everyone of all ages to keep busy. Its nice and clean and family friendly. Overall Campground Rating: excellent.

What stood out? One of the cleanest, quietest, and best run campgrounds we've ever stayed at - and this is a state park. Grounds are immaculate,and it's a peaceful, beautiful refuge by the West River.

Owners and Staff: Management and staff have always been wonderful, helpful and friendly; long time ranger couple has apparently retired, but new staff is friendly and capable as ever.
