What stood out? The restrooms were clean, the grounds were taken care of nicely.

Owners and Staff: A couple of the staff were nice, but some were not nice to the children, the rules changed daily. Found out after we got there, not all activities were included in the price, which we were told that they were, not once but twice, we asked about this and were assured both times everything was included.

Overall Campground Rating: excellent.

What stood out? It is located on the Saco River. A beautiful and extremely clean river.

Owners and Staff: This Campground is under new owner ship. Very friendly and family run. The children looked worn out but the owners assured us they are having lots of fun.

Approx Dates of Stay: 8/4/03 to 8/10/03. Overall Campground Rating: excellent. What stood out? Very spacious sites with a well maintained infrastructure.
