- 212 sites: Summer weekend rates: $43 Tent, $46 (Deluxe RV), $52 (Premium RV). Reduced rates in spring, fall and weekdays. Rates are based on 2 people. $6 - $8 additional persons.
That's Camping Review: 1999 ***Just an observation, we didn't stay here. What a great resort campground. Expensive, but impressive. Immaculate grounds and facilities. Typical ocean resort campground. If you want quiet primitive camping, this is not for you.
Tent and RV sites look basically the same. They are set in rows. The ones on the outer borders are best. Beautifully kept landscaping. Pool, Rec. Hall, playgrounds, premium mini golf, camp store, laundry, and fitness room. One mile from Wells Beach, walk or take the Trolley. Restaurants are within walking distance (McDonald's, KFC, Subway) and grocery and department stores are close by. ~1999
