What stood out? We were very pleased with our stay at this campground. However, once we left, I realized that they overcharged me. I called them to try to figure out the charges because the bill wasn't clear. We had booked with another family, so it was difficult to figure out the charges. I called them and was told that the bill was correct. Quite awhile later after reviewing the bill with the other family, I realized that we were overcharged on children. They charged us for the other family's two children who should have been free. I wrote them a letter to try to resolve the issue, and they never responded. I am disappointed that they not only would not refund our money but never even responded to my complaint.

Oh that is too bad they weren’t willing to work with you. I know it is probably too late now, but I would have called my credit card company, and put in a dispute, forcing them to break down and explain how they came to that charge amount.
