Overall Campground Rating: excellent.

What stood out? Quiet, remote, friendly. Campsite right on the water of Moosehead lake. Swimming was great and the moose were right in the water near the marina. The bad side was the long drive. The last 14 miles on logging roads, but its worth it.

Owners and Staff: Owners were great and their help were great. They were a couple of people short. But they still took care of all and any thing that came up.

Overall Site Quality: fair-average

Campsite hookups: primitive tent, electric, water, Honey wagon Campsite Descriptions: sunny and open, grassy bottom, picnic table, fire ring,

Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly,

Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? no. free showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes.
