Overall Campground Rating: fair-average.
What stood out? Two year old property with pool, hot tub, and nice playground. Asked for a quiet site, was put across from party of six sites, that had music blaring, partying, drinking, etc. even though campground was not full. Decided to leave one night early and was refused refund even though they have no cancellation policy stated.
Owners and Staff: Advertises as a Premier RV resort, but this is not the case, amenities are not "premier" they are just regular.A nice pool,but not as nice as the web site would make you believe. Advertise for big rigs, but allow too many pop-ups. Way overcharged at $60 per nite. Staff including owners were rude and discourteous. Very bad experience. would not recommend
Camp landscaping and surroundings: flat area, no trees, new office building. away from restaurants and attractions.
Overall Site Quality: fair-average
Campsite hookups: electric, water, sewer, cable, wifi Campsite Descriptions: sunny and open, grassy bottom, picnic table, fire ring, highway noise,
Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly,
Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? yes. free showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes. Additional comments on restrooms and showers: fans do not work in showers
Activities and Amenities
swimming, playground, camp store, pets allowed, camp store does not carry any supplies, we forgot water hose and had to drive 20 mins to find one. big on selling their own caps, etc
What is nearby? restaurants, retail stores, ocean or lake, amusements, pretty far from amenities, 3 miles from WElls Beach
Last comments: not a good value, too expensive for what you get, certainly not "premier". would not recommend
