Approx Dates of Stay: June 25th and 26th. Overall Campground Rating: excellent. What stood out? Great family campground. Lots of activites to children of all ages. Large sites. Both shaded and field sites. Clean pool. Friendly staff. Mineral mine. Boat rentals. Trash pick up at your site. Owners and Staff: Friendly, experienced. Well organized activites Camp landscaping and surroundings: Good layout. Open field with activites and pool in the center of camping area. Bathroom showers at the entrance, but clean. Restrooms could use some updating.

Overall Site Quality: excellent. Good/Bad site #'s: I have camped here several times and have never had a bad site. Campsite hookups: electric, water, sewer, Campsite Descriptions: sunny and open, wooded, large and spacious, pine needle bottom, picnic table, fire ring, group camping area. Large and open. Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly, friendly campers,

Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? yes. Coin-metered showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes. Additional comments on restrooms and showers: Bathrooms are in need of updating and could use more regular cleanings each day. Showers are clean and they have a private changing area. cost is .25 for 6 min hot shower. They have 4 to 5 showers for each gender.

Activities and Amenities: pool, pond, boat rentals, recreation hall, video games, pool table, live entertainment, bingo, tv or movies, playground, theme weekends, kids planned activities, camp store, ice cream, pets allowed, laundry room, dumping station, security gate. Well stocked camp store. firewood $4 per bundle. 2 playground well keept. Mini golf area is in need of upkeeping. Great mineral mine for Kids. Pool clean. However no lifeguard on duty. What is nearby? approx. min from Foxwoods Last comments: Best Family campgroud for children 1 thru 15 and all for under $34 per night.
