What stood out? The campground is very clean. There are paved roads throughout and level, gravel sites with grassy areas on each site. We stayed on site 195 which is in the rear of the campground close to a pool and brand new bathhouse. It is an easy 5 minute walk down to the ocean/pier of OOB. They have paddleboat rentals and a playground for the kids but no activities such as arts/crafts, movies, bingo etc. Small campstore has the essentials. Rite Aid, a 5 min walk down the street. Numerous restaurants nearby too.
Owners and Staff: Very friendly and helpful. I got a golf cart escort to my site and the owner assisted in guiding me into the site.
Camp landscaping and surroundings: Immaculate. The bathrooms were the cleanest of any campground I have been to. All roads of the campground are paved. Seasonals sites have nice landscaping, some even have water gardens/fountains. Sites have few trees, no screening between sites.
Good sites: Anything in the newer section out back. Bad sites:
Campsite hookups: electric, water, sewer, cable, wifi wifi needs code from office Campsite Descriptions: sunny and open, somewhat small, sandy bottom, grassy bottom, picnic table, fire ring, The campground is very pet friendly, almost every site near us had a dog which got a little loud from time to time.
Cell Phone Service: Verizon service fine
