Approx Dates of Stay: 3 days. Overall Campground Rating: fair-average. What stood out? was neat and clean-bathrooms very clean except on Sunday. Also there is not enough planned activities for kids,nothing to do if it rains with the kids Owners and Staff: Friendly-but not overly-had a problem with fresh kids-staff acted quickly to find the parents-although not happily Camp landscaping and surroundings: hilly,rocky,noisy highway sounds at nite
Overall Site Quality: fair-average. Good/Bad site #'s: long ,narrow sight-didnt think we would be able to get out because of trailer behind us-but we manuverved and got out Campsite hookups: electric, water, sewer, Campsite Descriptions: wooded, close to the road, pine needle bottom, picnic table, fire ring, highway noise, could not walk my scottie dog-kept getting wrapped around the trees and scrubs Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly, snobby seasonal campers, Grounds are well kept-everyone must mow on the same day,did not see long grass
Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? yes. free showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? no. Additional comments on restrooms and showers: not enough around.and closed them for 1 hour to clean-almost did not make it to the other facility
Activities and Amenities: pool, pond, swimming, fishing, boating, boat rentals, recreation hall, video games, live entertainment, theme weekends, camp store, ice cream, AM coffee, snack bar, pets allowed, laundry room, dumping station, entertanement was stale!Expensive store-$7.00for small bottle of tide.Bathrooms messy on Sunday What is nearby? we did not leave the grounds-when we camp we stay put Last comments: we will go again-i will pray for niceweather,no really bratty kids,and I will carry my dog down to the main road and walk him for exercise!
