Overall Campground Rating: fair-average.
What stood out? This is an older campground but with lots of potential! The electrical system needs major updating. I couldn't tell for sure, but the full hookup sites possibly might already have an electrical update, but for the most part, the electric for most sites need lots of work.
Overall Site Quality: fair-average
Good/Bad sites: Sites are large. Some are open, sunny and grassy. Some sites are wooded. Sites around the pond are nice, but the electric needs updating. Campsite hookups: primitive tent, electric, water, sewer, Campsite Descriptions: sunny and open, wooded, private, semi-private, large and spacious, grassy bottom, pine needle bottom, picnic table, fire ring, There was a section in the back that would be awesome, but the sites are over-ridden with weeds and grass. These sites are not currently being utilized, but perhaps in the future they will clean them up and make them usable. Again, as I said this campground seems pretty old, but has great potential!
Seasonal Campers and Campsites: friendly campers,
Activities and Amenities
pool, pond, Little fishing pond with working fountain in the middle, nice pool.
What is nearby? Belfast Maine is close by!
Last comments: Truthfully, at this point, this isn't a place where we would stay, but in the future, I hope they can fix up the campground and update the electric. We wish the owners lots of luck!
