What stood out? Wonderful private river side camping sites
Owners and Staff: Staff helpful and friendly
Camp landscaping and surroundings: Flat with mix of open and wooded sites nestled in between wooded hills and the Natchaug River
Good sites: All the river side sites offered good shade. Bad sites: Though I wouldn't call them bad sites but the center sites offer little shade, could be a problem in the hot July sun.
Campsite hookups: primitive tent, electric, water, sewer, cable; Campsite Descriptions: sunny and open, wooded, private, large and spacious, sandy bottom, picnic table, fire ring
Cell Phone Service: Our Verizon worked fine. No Wifi signal at our site
Seasonal Campers and Campsites: friendly campers; Most of the seasonal sites (but not all) were well maintained
Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? no. free showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes.

What is nearby? restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores, nature trails.
Last comments: Campground needs a camp store but Super Wall-Mart 10 minutes away. Overall I would recomend this campground
