Overall Campground Rating: excellent.

What stood out? The new feeling about the place, and how you are treated for your stay.

Owners and Staff: They were truly the nicest campground owners we have ever met. They stay right across from the office and if you have any problems, they are there in a second to help. The cg has no cable, and my husband didn't want to miss the redsox games, so they have a huge screen tv in the office with a dish and they put chairs up in the office so he could watch the game. Also had a friend visit and didn't even charge her to come in, they even let her use the phone so she could call me while we were down at the lake.

Camp landscaping and surroundings: In a few years this place is going to be awesome, they are doing things every year (it's only there 2 year up and running)The pool is great, heated and nice and warm, and perfect for little ones, I think it's only 5 feet deep, but the pool is huge.

Overall Site Quality: very good

Good sites: All were good, the ones on the outside give you a little bit more room, and theres nothing but trees behind you. Bad sites: n/a

Campsite hookups: primitive tent, electric, water, sewer, no cable, but I think they are working on it. Campsite Descriptions: sunny and open, wooded, semi-private, picnic table, fire ring, The sites are nice, we liked our site across from the playground, so we could watch the kids and make dinner at the same time.

Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly, friendly campers,

Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? no. Coin-metered showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes. Additional comments on restrooms and showers: brand new, I don't think anyone uses them, there are alot of seasonals there, so they don't need to use them.

Activities and Amenities

pool, video games, tv or movies, playground, theme weekends, camp store, AM coffee, snack bar, laundry room, well stocked store, we were not there on the weekend so there were no activities. Playgrounds are brand new.

What is nearby? restaurants, ocean or lake, amusements, nature trails. the owners will give you a free pass to go to Sebago State Park, which was so awesome, the kids loved it. You could spend all day there.

Last comments: Truly loved this place, can't wait to get back next year.
