Diane U gave us this review on 05/29/09. Dates of Stay: 5/-21 - 5/25. Will You Return? No. What did you camp in? Travel Trailer - Size of Camping Unit: 28

Overall Campground Rating: fair-average.

What stood out? The sites were not racked. Very dirty The tables had webs on them. I had to request that we get another one. I went to rebook my site for the following year, only to find out that they gave my site away before I even arrived. I have been on the same site for 10 yrs. Their response was 1st come first serve.

Owners and Staff: They are ok.

Camp landscaping and surroundings: Wooded

Overall Site Quality: not good

Campsite Descriptions: wooded, somewhat small, picnic table

Cell Phone Service: None

Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? no. Coin-metered showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? no.

Activities and Amenities

pool, pond, swimming, playground, camp store, ice cream, snack bar, pets allowed, laundry room, dumping station

What is nearby? restaurants, nature trails.

  1. Wow sorry you stay was not a great one. We just returned from there and as always it was a great experience. Never have seen a site that was not a good one. for 9 years We have always got the site we requested. We rebooked our site for next year. #18 very private. the weather has not been great there at all this season. I was told that this past week(when we were there) was the best so far. It was not great and a bit cooler then I prefer but over all it could have been worse, Other than the Tornado warning on This past Thursday.

  2. I must add that the prices seem to be going pretty high though. I use to think that they were fair priced but I just rebooked for next year for a week and it is at $409 which I think is a bit pricy.
