Approx Dates of Stay: 5. Overall Campground Rating: excellent. What stood out? Very clean. People were very friendly. There was alot of things for the kids to do. Owners and Staff: The staff was very helpful and accomodating. They had alot of planned activities for the entire family. Camp landscaping and surroundings: Its located 8 miles northeast of Lake George. The CG has a large pond in it. There is a boat ramp on the Scroon river where you can rent boats.
Overall Site Quality: excellent. Good/Bad site #'s: The best sites are near the pond. Campsite hookups: primitive tent, electric, water, sewer, cable, Campsite Descriptions: sunny and open, wooded, semi-private, large and spacious, picnic table, fire ring, Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly, friendly campers,
Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? no. free showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes.
Activities and Amenities: pool, pond, river, swimming, fishing, boating, boat rentals, docks or moorings, recreation hall, video games, live entertainment, bingo, playground, theme weekends, kids planned activities, camp store, ice cream, AM coffee, snack bar, pets allowed, laundry room, dumping station, security gate. What is nearby? restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores, ocean or lake, amusements, nature trails.
