Approx Dates of Stay: August 16 - 20 2004. Overall Campground Rating: very good. What stood out? Nice, wooded sites. You don't get that trailer park feeling. Owners and Staff: Very nice lady often present. Camp landscaping and surroundings: Wooded, mosquito controlled (I encounter just a few in the 5 days we stayed there) and the sites are not too close to one another. The site was very clean when we arrived.

Overall Site Quality: very good. Good/Bad site #'s: all seem to be good Campsite hookups: primitive tent, electric, water, sewer, Campsite Descriptions: wooded, semi-private, sandy bottom, picnic table, fire ring, group camping area. Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly, friendly campers, A few seasonal that I noticed - many were not there.

Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? yes. Coin-metered showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes. Additional comments on restrooms and showers: Clean - bring your own soap - but when Friday came along there were more people and one even brought her dog in there - not the owner's fault, but made me wonder how clean it was on weekends.

Activities and Amenities: pond, swimming, fishing, boating, boat rentals, playground, camp store, pets allowed, laundry room, dumping station, The playground was not modern but the kids seemed to enjoy it. It was also behind the dumping station which wasn't emptied very often. I didn't like the fact that you have to buy your firewood there. We stayed during the week and found it to be quiete and pleasant. What is nearby? restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores, ocean or lake, nature trails. Near everything - Plymouth Harbour (MayFlower II, etc), just 4 miles from the Cape Cod bridge, bike trails, ocean. Last comments: It was our first time testing out our camper, and enjoyed our stay. I would go back again except for I want to try out different places.
