What stood out? Sites were clean, not much dead wood on the ground, and it was obvious other "campers" had maliciously hacked down live trees. Sites are slightly close together and not extremely private, they sit somewhat close to the road.
Owners and Staff: The Ranger was very nice and accommodating. He made several rounds each day, so the atmosphere felt very safe.
Camp landscaping and surroundings: Huge Charismatic boulders sit on several of the sites, there are a couple hiking trails that lead to a lovely pond. The leaves were changing and it was picturesque.
Good sites: 8, 6, and 4 looked lovely and spacious with views of the pond, 29 had a trail behind it leading into the woods a bit, Bad sites: 34, on the camp map was deceiving- looks like it has a lot of space, but there was a camper in the trail area next to it. Also in 44, we could hear a significant amount of highway noise, but the site was clean and nice.
Campsite hookups: primitive tent Campsite Descriptions: wooded, close to the road, fire ring, highway noise,
Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? no.
Beautiful pond.
What is nearby? restaurants, nature trails.
Last comments: Very nice, but I prefer sites with more privacy and more quiet- but the trees are large, ranger was nice, grounds were clean, and the view was lovely.

I agree with Lauren about this campground. Well kept, but you could hear traffic from your campsite.
