Overall Campground Rating: fair-average.
What stood out? Definitely NOT a campground for kids. They are not allowed to ride 2-wheelers & there is not a playground or a pool.
Owners and Staff: They watch you like a hawk.
Campsite hookups: electric, water, sewer, Campsite Descriptions: sunny and open, somewhat small, close to the road, picnic table, The picnic tables definitely need to be replaced. The one we had last time (and we switched it with another bad one) moved when you sat on it. We had to be careful to make sure an even amount of weight was put on each side when sitting at it.
Seasonal Campers and Campsites: too many seasonal sites. The seasonal sites are congested. Found most of the seasonal people to be friendly enough.
Comments on restrooms and showers: You need a special code to enter the restrooms.
What is nearby? restaurants, ocean or lake, amusements, If you love the ocean, than this is the campground to stay at. You're just a short walk away from the beach & a large playground.
Last comments: I don't like the idea that this campground charges you for a family of 3. Isn't the average family a family of 4? You must pay an additional $5 per night for the 4th+ person.
