Overall Campground Rating: fair-average.
What stood out? Nice size sites. Dusty Roads. Peaceful. Strange pool hours. Unreasonable prices for guests.
Owners and Staff: some friendly, some not
Camp landscaping and surroundings: Country, pine barrens.
Overall Site Quality: very good
Campsite hookups: electric, water, sewer, cable, wifi Campsite Descriptions: wooded, wifi cost $10.00 for the week, more on an hourly or daily basis, was spotty at best. Cable channels were limited
Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly, friendly campers,
Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? no. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? don't remember.
Activities and Amenities
pool, pond, swimming, fishing, recreation hall, video games, pool table, tv or movies, theme weekends, camp store, ice cream, AM coffee, snack bar, pets allowed, laundry room, dumping station, security gate. While we enjoyed our stay, the cost of having our son, daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter stay the weekend were prohibitive. $16.00 for each overnight guest, plus $3 for each car, and an extra $10/day if they brought a tent. These are daily rates, folks! Pool never seemed to be open after 5pm, when we wanted to take a swim after our daily touring
What is nearby? restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores, ocean or lake, amusements, nature trails. Great area to visit, close to beautiful ocean beaches
