Overall Campground Rating: excellent.
What stood out? Large sites, great and imaginative activities, great first impressions upon arrival and at check in.
Owners and Staff: Friendly and courteous, sent us invite notice for campground sponsored pig roast three weeks prior to our arrival, all transients got one.
Camp landscaping and surroundings: Wooded with mature trees and plantings
Overall Site Quality: very good
Good sites: Near manmade lake
Campsite hookups: primitive tent, electric, water, sewer, cable; New 50-30-110 amp electic Campsite Descriptions: wooded, private, semi-private, large and spacious, sandy bottom, picnic table, fire ring; Big sites, which are hard to find in and around the Cape May area
Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly, friendly campers
Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? no. free showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes.
Activities and Amenities
pool, pond, ocean, lake, swimming, fishing, recreation hall, video games, pool table, live entertainment, bingo, tv or movies, playground, theme weekends, kids planned activities, camp store, ice cream, AM coffee, snack bar, pets allowed, laundry room, dumping station, security gate. Offers beach badges for Cape May beaches for only a dollar each.
What is nearby? restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores, ocean or lake; Check out Wildwood, Avalon, and Stone Harbor, all nearby
Last comments: Great campground, plenty to do, would definately return.

you have no idea the impact this campground had on me in my life. Let me start by saying my mother always made sure i had something fun to do during my childhood, i never had a dull moment.I went to disney world a few times growing up but still Big timber lake was the one thing I just loved. I always met new friends and there was always something fun to do i would swim and hang out with my new friends at the arcade while waiting for the next great activaty this is the #1 family resort as far as im concerned!!
