Approx Dates of Stay: May 28 - May 31 '04. Overall Campground Rating: very good. What stood out? Very helpful staff. First time camping with a trailer and the staff was very helpful with all my rookie questions. Owners and Staff: Wonderful, friendly, there to help and assist. Camp landscaping and surroundings: Nice. Sites are a little tight but they were nicely kept.

Overall Site Quality: very good. Good/Bad site #'s: We had 307A, and it was small. My trailer is 21' and it barely fit on the site, but there was enough room for a table, a grill and a fireplace Campsite hookups: electric, water. Campsite Descriptions: wooded, somewhat small, close to the road, sandy bottom, picnic table, The fireplace was all rocks and it was nice, but it would have been better if we could have moved it around to where we wanted it, instead we have to set up around it. Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly, friendly campers.

Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? no. Coin-metered showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes.

Activities and Amenities: pool, pond, swimming, fishing, recreation hall, video games, pool table, live entertainment, theme weekends, kids planned activities, camp store, ice cream, pets allowed, dumping station, security gate. Well stocked camp store. If you do go here bring your own firewood if it has been damp. Firewood that they sell is in a shed that is not completely dry, and you have to pick it out and bundle it yourself. I bought alot of it and it was all damp and very hard to burn. What is nearby? restaurants, grocery stores, nature trails. Last comments: Overall this was a good camping experience. It was our first time with a trailer, also first time with kids and we had a blast. I would go back there again.
