Family-Tenters gave us this review on 07/19/10. Dates of Stay: 7/2010. Will You Return? Undecided. What did you camp in? Tent
What stood out? Bad: Size of campsites were small and not private in the least. Good: Activities for children were well planned and organized. Live entertainment was great and grounds were well maintained. Staff was everywhere to make sure rules were enforced. Bathrooms were spotlessly cleaned and showers were free and unlimited hot water.
Owners and Staff: Staff were all friendly and could be seen everywhere throughout the campground.
Camp landscaping and surroundings: Landscaping was nice, partially wooded and partially open fields. Pools were crystal clear and very well kept. Overall campground location was within minutes of local beaches and fine dining as well as fast food. On-site dining restaurant was good for some quick food if needed.
Good sites: Stood in F-12 which was a pretty good site. It was clean and fairly flat. No roots or protruding objects to ruin tent flooring. Site had water and electric. Bad sites: Unknown
Campsite hookups: primitive tent, electric, water, sewer, cable, wifi Campsite Descriptions: wooded, somewhat small, sandy bottom, grassy bottom, picnic table, fire ring, Overall the camping at Bayley's was alright. The kids had fun, the people we met were all extremely nice and the pools were absolutely spotless.
Cell Phone Service: AT&T had full service throughout the campground.
Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? no. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes. Additional comments on restrooms and showers: Lots of hot water and it's FREE!!
pool, pond, swimming, fishing, boat rentals, docks or moorings, recreation hall, video games, pool table, live entertainment, tv or movies, playground, kids planned activities, camp store, ice cream, pets allowed, laundry room, dumping station, security gate. Immaculate pools. Nicely stocked camp store.
What is nearby? restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores, ocean or lake, amusements, Trolley to Old Orchard Beach and Pine Point Beach. If you've never been make sure you set aside some time to get to Old Orchard Beach. It's quite the scene down there and nice to experience atleast once.

We haven’t been back to Bailey’s in many years. It just got too congested and LOUD for us. It is a great place if you need all that hustle and bustle though!
