Last comments: We stayed for a week over July 4th in our 05 Fleetwood Newport pop-up. There were quite a few other pop-ups around. It was a nice, quiet, shaded campground. The facilities were very clean. They have a new building (very nice) that keeps the office, store, lounge area where they have movies and a computer to check your e-mail, new laundry area, 2 bathrooms and a game room for the kids. We will stay there again. The location was just perfect. 20 mins to Provincetown and 25 mins to Hyanis. Just a few mins to the National Seashore. You can ride your bikes to the beaches from here! The only gripe was our water was VERY rusy and brown for the entire 6 days we were there. It never ran clear and it smelled nasty. Needless to say we ended up using the campgound bathrooms and showers instead of our own. That was inconvenient. Our white hose is now brown. They told us that was "normal" with well water!? Other than that the staff was great! One of the men actually took his own time to stencil the word "Cape Cod" onto 2 small fishing boats we bought for our boys.
