Overall Campground Rating: very good.
What stood out? Overall, a nice place for a quick weekend away. Both times we were here, campground was not overcrowded.
Owners and Staff: Staff very nice. Always a wave as they went by
Camp landscaping and surroundings: Campground was involved in the big spring floods of April 05. They are doing a nice job of bringing back to normal.
Overall Site Quality: very good
Good/Bad sites: We loved all the riverside sites. Campsite hookups: primitive tent, electric, water, cable, Campsite Descriptions: sunny and open, wooded, large and spacious, sandy bottom, grassy bottom, picnic table, fire ring, group camping area. River sites do not offer much in the way of privacy. However, they are great if you are camping in a group and want to be able to share the fire etc. The sites themselves are large. The other sites offer varying degrees of privacy.
Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly, cluttered, friendly campers,
Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? no. free showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes. Additional comments on restrooms and showers: Some sites are a bit of a hike to the bathrooms. Check out site map if you need to be close by.
