Approx Dates of Stay: 7/5/2005 -7/15/2004. Overall Campground Rating: excellent. What stood out? Very family friendly, reasonable camp store, small private lake (no motor boats) true camping experience! Owners and Staff: Great planned activities organized by staff that truely enjoy's their job. Camp landscaping and surroundings: Quite, back in woods down dirt road, NO road noise, just wildlife, nice lake views, etc.
Overall Site Quality: excellent. Campsite hookups: primitive tent, electric, water, Campsite Descriptions: sunny and open, wooded, private, semi-private, sandy bottom, picnic table, fire ring, group camping area. We return each July to this, "our favorite" camping spot for 1 - 2 weeks each July! Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly, friendly campers,
Clean restrooms and showers? yes. Restrooms and showers need updating? no. free showers. Are restrooms accessible from all sites? yes. Additional comments on restrooms and showers:
Activities and Amenities: lake, swimming, fishing, boating, boat rentals, recreation hall, video games, pool table, live entertainment, bingo, tv or movies, playground, theme weekends, kids planned activities, camp store, ice cream, AM coffee, snack bar, pets allowed, laundry room, dumping station, security gate. Small private lake, no motor boats allowed. Can rent paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, etc. (very resonable) What is nearby? ocean or lake, nature trails. Ocean (Old Orchard Beach) 30-45 mins. Sebago Lake 15 mins.
