Approx Dates of Stay: 7/3/02 thru 7/6/02. Overall Campground Rating: good. What stood out? Clean well kept. Owners and Staff: Staff was nice. Owner was very loud and flip to children. Many rules. Other than that, fine. Camp landscaping and surroundings: neat. Sites were small for price. Bathrooms had many bugs from opening under roof.
Overall Site Quality: very good. Good/Bad site #'s: all were okay, but small. Campsite hookups: primitive tent, electric, water, sewer. Campsite Descriptions: sunny and open, somewhat small, picnic table, fire ring. So close to your neighbor. Seasonal Campers and Campsites: neat and orderly, friendly campers.

Additional comments on restrooms and showers: Drains slow in shower. No room to change.
Activities and Amenities: pool, playground, laundry room, security gate. Very
clean pool. No pool toys allowed. Small playground area. No planned activities for children.
What is nearby? restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores, ocean or lake, amusements.
Drive-in theatre. Water park and amusements. Lots to do for family or couple. Last
comments: I found Acorn Village to be geared toward adults and not children. A very
quiet camping area. I personally was looking for family camping and I did not find it
here. However, for my husband and I, it would be fine.
