South Arm and Chewonki Campgrounds

We will be starting our next vacation on Friday. Off to the wild wilderness of South Arm Campground in Andover, Maine (207-965-7161.) Looking at the map of the area, it is pretty remote. The campground runs its electricity from a generator (6am to 11pm). It will be an adventure for sure! Lot of biking, fishing, exploring. Hopefully we will see lots of wildlife like moose and deer.
After 4 nights at South Arm Campground, we will be on our way to Chewonki Campground in Wiscasset, Maine. We have always noticed this campground at the RV shows, and I have always wanted to stay there. I love seaside campgrounds.
The weather seems to be mixed for the week, but hopefully it won’t be so bad. Everyone have fun this week!!!
