Restaurant Review: Morrissey’s Front Porch on Rt 28 in Wolfboro, NH

We were driving back from the Lake Winni area and wanted a quick easy dinner so we would be back to our campsite by 8:00pm to watch Survivor. This place looked quick, so we pulled in.

We sat on the porch area, where there was a chilly draft either from the closed windows or ceiling vents. The screen windows were a bit funky with little spiders making their webs and leafy things. We have been in worst places, so we overlooked that.

We both ordered the Broasted Fried Chicken dinners. Sounds yummy, but we waited and waited and waited. Over a half hour later, our dinner finally came. We were “this” close to walking out of the place and finding a sandwich shop instead. Thankfully the chicken was very good, but we don’t think we will be back since the wait was so long. But the good news is we did make it back to our camp site for Survivor!
