One of Mike’s co-workers is vacationing at Danforth Bay in June and we promised photos of his campsite.
He and his brother-in-law have reserved the sites D7 and D8. Great sites, especially if you know your neighbor. Both are large sites, but #D7 is the better of the two, since the little stream flows beside it.

You are right. These sites would be nice for two families camping together in either small travel trailers or popup tents. I notice this is usually the case. Large RVs wouldn’t fit properly here.
Also these sites tend to flood (or at least get wet) during long periods of HEAVY RAIN. Last week D8 was quite wet with large puddles. However last week was the extreme.

Bob is right. We saw these sites with large puddles last year on Columbus Day weekend when we had nothing but 3 days of solid rain. Good sites of it’s dry.
