Approx Dates of Stay: August 20 -24 2004. Overall Campground Rating: horrible. What stood out? Unproffesionalism and unfreindlyness greeting from the moment you arrive. Owners and Staff: The most unfreindly, roudest, unprofessional, disrespectful and unhappy person I've ever come accross in my life. Camp landscaping and surroundings: Fair, hard to tell due to some rain. Made everything muddy.
Overall Site Quality: fair-average. Campsite hookups: electric, water, sewer, Part time...

What stood out? It is a very peaceful campground and to camp there is what camping is all about. How great to sit by the lake and see ducks and Eagles flying overhead, and moose, never saw soo many and was able to get close up shots.
Owners and Staff: Staff is nice and we've gotten to know them since we return every year.

Approx Dates of Stay: every summer. Overall Campground Rating: excellent. What stood out? We picked Casey's "sight unseen" - literally just from looking at their website. We arrived in the darkness in a rainstorm - so just drove our camper in and waited until morning. Mind you, we were not on a lakefront lot, but when we awoke to see water around us and a peacefulness like no other, we were pleasantly surprised. It is pure wilderness at its best!...

Overall Site Quality: fair-average. Good/Bad site #'s: Don't be anywhere near an Rv site, as they are the preferred guests and the owners make no bones about letting that fact be known. If you have children or dogs then there are no good sites in this campground because the owners don't like...

Approx Dates of Stay: August 21, 2004. Overall Campground Rating: not good. What stood out? Good: right on Moosehead lake. Swimming was great - you can go in right from your campsite if it's lakeside. Bad: toilets. Outhouses were unusable and not wnough water pressure in bathrooms to "keep things moving through." My young daughter was absolutely refusing to go by our second day there so we had to skidaddle out early. Owners and Staff: A bit cool. Camp landscaping and surroundings:...
