Overall Campground Rating: very good.

What stood out? Good: All sites were concrete pads with a concrete patio area. They have a fenced in dog run area which made it nice for our four legged friends! Bad: Some sites were very close together.

Owners and Staff: While I am sure that there are some very nice campsites and cabins at this park, ours was definitely not one of them. Our accommodations were rather expensive by campground standards ($80.00 per night for a small cabin). Adjacent to our cabin was a small bathhouse with ONE toilet and ONE shower....

What stood out? Very unfriendly to tent campers. Tent sites overgrown and too far away from restrooms/showers. Very few grown trees. Clean restrooms and showers.

Owners and Staff: Attitude of employees very negative to tent campers. Pay each day as they do not give any refunds. Therefore each morning just go up and pay for that day.

Camp landscaping and surroundings: Good trees, fun rocks throughout, a winding path of paved road walks you through the site. Not the "line 'em up" kind of RV sites you may have seen. A short walk up form the lake. With treeless patches perfect for telescope viewing at night.
