What stood out? This was the first time camping w/trailer. We've done years of tent camping. I was a little anxious about parking in site. Owner came to site, and guided me through it. Helped us out with equipment set up, etc. He really was helpful and it did not appear that this was anything special--he took it upon himself to make it a positive experience.

What stood out? They need to update their playground which is falling apart - not safe for kids to be on.
