We have bought two travel trailers from them.  The most recent was last July.  We were very satisfied with them and the service we received.  No complaints so far!

We just bought our TT from them in October.  They stored it for the winter and we are due to pick it up in a couple weeks.  So far, no complaints.  We'll see how the delivery goes!

Thanks for your input. We have ordered our new fiver and expect delivery in 6-8 weeks. So far our dealings with the Merrrimack Camper's Inn has been very pleasant.

We are anxious but we can wait. This is our retirement rig and the retirement won't actually happen for another 4 years. We just thought it was a good time to buy now. But it will be sweet to have a brand new rig that we customized to our needs.

Our refrigerator in our year old camper bought from Campers Inn in Merrimack NH is not working, as well as a few other minor problems.  It took us 3 1/2 weeks to get our appointment to bring it in.  Brought it in last Wed, called this past Fri to see how they were coming along.  We were told it would be ready Tues.   Called today (Tues) and we were told that they haven't even looked at it.  We asked to speak with the Service Manager, he's on vacation, asked to speak with our salesman, day off, asked to speak with Sales Manager, he's on vacation!  We told them we needed camper back this Fri.  The man we spoke to said he didn't know if it would be ready!  Every time with speak with someone at Campers Inn they tell us how understaffed they are and how busy and it's all the owners doing.  We just want some satisfactory customer service.  Any suggestions? We are very frustrated.  We stand to lose a lot of money if we can't make our upcoming reservations.  BOY I needed to vent!  Sorry!

I would call and ask to speak to the owner. His first name is Jeff but I can't remember his last name. We had some issues when we picked up our new camper. We have to go back in Sept. to have some items that were missing put in. I think Jeff's last name is Hershberg or Hershman, something like that.

Thanks.  We plan on speaking with the owner if we can locate him.  Seems like a terrible way to run a business when a customer calls about their rv and no one can give you any information on it.

After we took delivery of our camper in April, we got it home and noticed the tires on one side were all cracked.  Also, a couple weeks after we got it, the wall in our bedroom had a bubble in it.  So, we took it back for them to look at.  They did replace all 4 tires without a problem, and we will take it back next month for the wall work.  They have to tear the whole front of the camper apart to find the problem, and I didn't want them doing that in May!  I'm a little nervous about it but at least it is the end of the camping season for us, so we don't have a deadline to get it back.  But, we may need it back by mid-October to get it into storage.  I haven't called them yet for the appointment, but I will do that soon.

I did have issues with our sales rep, after we took delivery of the camper, but the sales manager was helpful.  We needed the light covers replaced because they were all cracked, and the sales rep had promised us a cabinet door that was never ordered.  I am convinced that the sales person will tell you whatever you want to hear just to make the sale.

@MonIvy - I would keep calling them.  I had to do that when we took it in originally to have them look at the tires and the wall.  Please post back about how it got resolved if you would.  I need to know what I have to look forward to!   ;)

We are getting no where with Campers Inn.  They have had our trailer for seven days and haven't even looked at it.  They can not tell us when they will be able to look/work on it either. Everyone we have spoken to is no help at all.  All the Managers are on vacation as well as our salesman.  We were originally told it would take no more than a couple of days.  It took us over three weeks to get this appt.  I told my husband we need to go over there - I'm losing patience very quickly!

MonIvy, which branch of Campers Inn are you dealing with? Kingston or Merrimack.

The Better Business Bureau lists some names of contacts for that dealership. I can't believe that in this present economy that they are not bending over backwards to deal with your situation. You would think they would like to maintain a positive image which in turn would create new sales.
